Who is Larry Nowlin
Larry Nowlin is Ecru. He's lived here 50 years, built his life here, and now wants to serve as your Mayor. He's about economic growth, preserving our history, fixing our infrastructure, and bringing our community together. He'll listen, act, and make Ecru better!

As your Mayor, I will work every day to make our hometown of Ecru a better place to live! I want to see economic growth and improvement NOW. We can’t wait any longer. We need to revitalize our downtown, attract new businesses, and create good-paying jobs for our families. I want landmarks, such as the Mayfield house, to be a part of our history, and I will ensure that funding set aside for these landmarks is used appropriately, not diverted to other projects.

You can register to vote at your Circuit Clerk's office, your Municipal Clerk's office, when you get your driver's license at the Department of Public Safety, or through the mail by downloading a voter registration form from our website and mailing it to your Circuit Clerk. Registration must be accomplished at least 30 days prior to the first election in which a citizen wishes to vote.
Mail-in voter registration forms are available at the Secretary of State's Office, in public libraries, drivers license exam stations, circuit clerk's offices, municipal clerk's offices, public schools, or by clicking HERE. Voters may also register at certain state and federal agencies.
